Ordering Information
Please order by model or part number and/or product name with any options clearly specified.  Please specify any modifications or special testing requirements on the order.  If any environmental screening is to be done, please specify at time of ordering.

Telephone orders are acceptable and processed immediately.  Shipments can only be made upon receipt of a written purchase order either via e-mail or facsimile.

Your order may be placed directly to the factory.  All prices are FOB factory Frederick, Maryland 21704.

Domestic Terms
Net 30 days if credit has been established, otherwise, payment in advance or C.O.D. can be arranged.

International Terms
For new customers 100% Payment along with Purchase Order by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Irrevocable Letters of Credit payable to the account of Planar Filter Company, Frederick, Maryland are acceptable.  All bank charges are to be paid by customer.  If the export product requires an export license the customer will be responsible for all required charges involved in obtaining all required export documentation and licenses.

Specifications and Price Changes
The right to discontinue any item or change specifications and/or prices on any item without notice is reserved.

Warranty/Service
Planar Filter Company warranties all parts and equipment of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the delivery of the equipment to the original purchaser.

Liability under the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of equipment or parts at the discretion of Planar Electronics Technology, Inc. with charge for any part found to be defective under normal use and service within the warranty time period.  All equipment returned under warranty must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number which is obtainable from the factory.  Original parts or equipment must be returned to Planar Filter Company, transportation charged prepaid FOB factory, Frederick, Maryland.  If warranty repair is applicable, the unit will be returned freight prepaid, FOB destination.  If warranty repair is not applicable, the customer will be advised of the repair charges and their authorization to proceed awaited before any costs are incurred.  Non-warranty repairs will be returned FOB factory, Frederick, Maryland.
